Characters will be flat-colored and have a white sticker-like border

Animating a pre-existing doodle will subtract $20 from the price

Walk/run/fly cycles are also simple animations despite the whole character being in motion

A single background drawing and simple shading are both included in this price

The commissioner may only use the finished commission for personal use and never for profit

Finished commissions may be reposted with artist's credit given to one of my active socials or to my socials carrd, hecking-socials.carrd.co

The finished commission may be used by me, the artist, in my online portfolios for promotional purposes.

Commissioners who wish for a finished commission to not be posted publicly must communicate this at the start of the commissioning process, and may incur a fee

Commissions must be paid in full before I, the artist, will begin work on it unless a payment plan is necessary.

Payment plans will be discussed before commissions begin and are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Transactions are paid through PayPal's invoice system.

For orders less than or equal to $50, I also accept points from DeviantArt's point system (100 points = 1 USD)

Commissions that I, the artist, cancel for any personal reason will be given a full refund plus the progress that had been made.

Commissions canceled before any progress has been made will also receive a full refund.

Commissions canceled after beginning progress will be provided a partial refund based on the progress remaining as well as a .png of the partial progress.

Upon the commission's completion, no refund will be provided for any reason

Commissions canceled due to artist mistreatment by the commissioner will not be provided any refunds, and the commissioner will be blacklisted from any future business.

Upon commission completion, commissioners will be provided with watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the finished commission. Layered files ( .csp, .psd, .tiff, etc.) may also be provided upon request.

Unwatermarked commissions may not be reposted on other sites.

The programs used for commissions are as follows: Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, ToonBoom Harmony, Gimp, After Effects.

Default commission canvas sizes are 1500x1500 px to 1500x2100 px depending on the ratio of the artwork.

Larger canvases can be provided upon request and typically only incur fees if the commission contains shading or a detailed background.

Due to my full-time job and weekly webcomic, commissions have a limited timeframe upon which work can be done.

Non-animated commissions are attempted to be completed within four weeks of starting, though this is not guaranteed.

Animated commissions will be given a general timeframe based on the complexity of the commission request.

Updates are given at most once a week. If an update is missed, the commissioner may contact me for one, but the commissioner may not contact me for updates more frequently than once a week.

Commissions needed by a certain date must have that deadline communicated to me at the start of a commission. If needed sooner than four weeks, a fee may incur.

Due to my limited working timeframe, I will only work on three commissions at a time.

After all three slots are filled, a waitlist will begin.

With no exceptions, commission and waitlist slots are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

When a waitlist slot is ready to be accepted as a commission, I will contact the commissioner in the same manner I was first contacted (usually through note or email.)

Commissions that are not sketches, doodles, or animations will always be provided a Work in Progress (WIP) sketch to be aproved before progress is then made on linework and colors.

Doodles and sketches are not provided WIPs.

Frame animated commissions are always provided WIPs for the keyframes, rough animation, and lineart passes.

Major changes to the commission may only be requested while approving WIPs.

If no response is made by the commissioner after three days of the WIP sketch being sent, I will assume the sketch is approved and move on to completing the commission.

Other WIPs are not provided by default. If the commissioner would like to see other WIPs for approval, they must communicate this to me at the start of commissioning.

Only minor edits may be requested upon the completion of the commission, unless a detail from the initial commission request is missing in the final product.

What style is wanted for the commission

The number of characters in the commission, along with clear reference for each of them (reference may be visual or written)

A good description of the background (if applicable)

If you have a specific vision in mind for your commission, or if you're giving me full artistic freedom (I enjoy both!)

If there is a deadline for when you want the commission to be complete
